01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform Neko4D — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you (the user) and Neko4D. We advise you to read this entire document carefully and keep a copy for future reference. If you have any questions regarding these terms, our support team is available to assist you at any time.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the services of Neko4D, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not residing in a territory or country where online gambling activities are prohibited.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Never previously suspended or banned from the neko4d platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Neko4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your account.

03 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the platform Neko4D. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
• Neko4D is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence.

Registered personal information may not be transferred or sold to any third party. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to review and management in accordance with our internal policy. Neko4D.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Neko4D supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through fully encrypted channels to ensure the security of your funds.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and membership tier.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under your own name.

05 Bonus & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is only available to new users registering for the first time.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fully met before withdrawals from the bonus balance are permitted.

07 Prohibited Activities

10 Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate changes.

11 Account Closure

You may close your account Neko4D at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal, subject to identity verification and fulfilment of any outstanding conditions.

Neko4D also reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation committed.

• Users who choose self-exclusion may submit a request through the Responsible Gaming.
• A self-exclusion period cannot be cancelled before the selected duration has elapsed.
• After an account is closed, all data will be retained for the period required by law.

12 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform Neko4D shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.
